SPIRIT OF AVALON

The Grotto fills the inside of the man-made mountain and has multiple levels. It features a full bar, steam room, pool, hot tub, cold tub, underwater swim-through to and from the outdoor Lake, bathroom, changing room, lounge, tunnel entry, loft above the pool with a 25’ high ceiling and waterfall pictured above. The Grotto has steam, misters from subtle vapor to thick fog, fire features, full sound, flat screens, security, and many more amenities. I also consulted confidentially with security personnel to build the grotto as a safe house.

Among the winding hills of Bel Air, California – and adjacent to and overlooking the Bel Air Country Club / Golf Course – this property received an entire custom facelift.

The site has many waterfalls, streams and ponds all made of artificial rock with custom coloring. Many areas have hand-carved and sculpted elements such as trees for different effects.

MOUNTAIN OASIS
Cushing, Maine

Set on an idyllic mountain top in Maine, this oasis has a beached entry pool, hot tub, two waterfalls and a man made pond filled with nearly half a million gallons of crystal clear blue water.

CLIFFSIDEVILLA
Santorini, Greece

One of our first international projects, this luxury villa renovation was a test of logistics. Most materials had to be shipped from the US, and mules were the only things capable of carrying everything from cement to spas up the steep, winding footpaths of Santorini.
